The stitches you sew on Sunday,
you take out with your nose on Monday.

Swedish saying, my mother.
Some days,
you can't piss a drop.

Appropriate saying, my husband.

See, Mom, it doesn't matter if you fall down. Nobody around here even cares. Just try not to fall on your bottom though, because that hurts.

A good reminder, my son.

And I remembered how to skate after all.

My grandmother said the same thing! No stitching at her house on Sunday....a day of rest.

I love the little sayings .. and I used to skate on a lake in Virginia it was always a blast and our noses got very cold and we always dressed in tons of layers. I love the way the K was looking I have no idea why you would take it out.. :)
